In November 1992, Shengyi Electronics introduced QCC system, which opened the prelude to quality improvement.

Zero waste and defect was implemented in 1994, and the first zero employee was born in January 1995; It also started to implement the “zero waste and defect activity month”, which was officially renamed the “quality activity month” in 2015. In September of each year, various quality activities are carried out in rich and diverse forms to improve the quality awareness and participation of all employees.

In 2015, lean production was introduced, and concepts, tools and methods such as 5S and visual management, seven wastes, rapid type change, program analysis and value stream analysis were gradually introduced, opening the prelude to lean management.

In 2016, Shengyi Electronics’ continuous improvement platform was set up to enable all staff to participate and continuous improvement to take root and sprout by relying on rationalization suggestions and miniqcc topics (converted into focus topics in 2018); At the same time, it also enables our company to continuously improve the quality and optimize the production.

In 2017, the innovative management project was introduced, the Amoeba business model was used for reference, the contribution of each department was measured through the establishment of sub department accounting mechanism, and the talents with business awareness were cultivated to realize that everyone cares about the operation and improve the competitiveness of the company.

In 2017, we embarked on the intelligent manufacturing plan, set up a digital industrial platform (SCADA system), carried out data collection of manufacturing processes, started product traceability management and implemented automated production, IT management, big data analysis and application as planned.

In 2018, our company officially introduced six sigma project management, trained a number of professional yellow belts and green belts, improved the ability of data statistics and analysis, and enriched the solutions and means of technical problems.

Since 2021, it has started to introduce lean TPM to really implement all staff participation and continuous improvement to the grass-root level.
